GAME2GROW is an Erasmus+ youth project that brings together two worlds that may seem different at first glance: rugby and board games.

Both are based on play. Both require strategy, communication, cooperation, and trust. Both can help young people learn not by simply listening, but by doing, creating, testing, and reflecting.

The project aims to empower young people aged 13–20, especially those from disadvantaged or rural backgrounds, by helping them develop key life skills such as teamwork, resilience, empathy, communication, creativity, and problem-solving.

Through GAME2GROW, rugby becomes more than a sport, and board games become more than entertainment. Together, they become tools for inclusion, youth participation, and non-formal education.
