Progress and Collaboration at the 2nd JOYFUL Transnational Project Meeting in Arad, Romania
📍 Arad, Romania – At the start of November, our JOYFUL project team, featuring partners from Germany 🇩🇪 (Comparative Research Network), Greece 🇬🇷, and Romania 🇷🇴 (Asociatia Share Education), gathered for the 2nd Transnational Project Meeting. This inspiring event marked another exciting milestone in our mission to foster mental well-being in NGOs through innovative, game-based learning tools.
🌱 Our Mission: Making JOYFUL a Game-Changer
JOYFUL is not just a board game; it’s a comprehensive tool aimed at enhancing mental well-being in NGO workspaces. By combining play with learning, we’re creating an innovative way to empower teams, improve collaboration, and reduce workplace stress.
🎉 What We Achieved in Arad
1️⃣ 🎲 Advancing Game Development
Our team refined key game mechanics to boost empathy, collaboration, and adaptability. These enhancements ensure the game resonates with the unique challenges of NGO environments while fostering a culture of mindfulness and support.
2️⃣ 📚 Outlining the Trainer’s Guide
We began crafting a practical and user-friendly guide for facilitators. This resource includes detailed instructions on game setup, managing players, and ensuring an engaging, well-being-centered experience. It’s shaping up to be an invaluable asset for NGOs looking to integrate JOYFUL into their training programs.
3️⃣ 📝 Preparing for Multiplier Events
As the project moves forward, we’re gearing up for Multiplier Events across Europe. These events will introduce JOYFUL to a broader audience, showcasing its potential to revolutionize mental health support in the workplace.
🌟 Looking Ahead
The JOYFUL project is more than a game; it’s a movement to bring well-being to the heart of NGOs, ensuring happier, healthier, and more productive workspaces. With the dedication of our partners and the enthusiasm of our supporters, we’re on track to deliver a truly impactful tool.
🚀 Stay tuned for updates as we approach the final stages of JOYFUL!
