🌟 Join Us on the Journey to Transform Ethics in Technology! 🌟

We’re excited to share the latest updates from the Tethics project, a groundbreaking initiative bringing together brilliant minds to tackle the ethical challenges of today’s tech-driven world. With partners from across Europe, we’re creating an engaging board game that connects education with real-world ethics, making ethical dilemmas in technology accessible and interactive.

About the project

Transnational Project Meeting in Karditsa

Our team recently gathered in July 2024 Karditsa, Greece, at the headquarters of Dracon Rules Design Studio, alongside our partners:

  • National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) 🇬🇷

  • Galaxea Advisory 🇫🇷

This meeting was more than just a brainstorming session—it was a creative melting pot of ideas, energy, and collaboration. Over several days, we worked to refine the concepts for the Tethics board game. Discussions covered a range of topics:
🎲 Game Design: Finalizing ideas that bring AI ethics, data privacy, and responsible tech design into focus.
💡 Interactivity: Ensuring the game is both engaging and educational for VET trainers and learners.
🌍 Inclusivity: Integrating ethical aspects like accessibility and sustainability into the game mechanics.

Why Tethics Matters

This project goes beyond traditional teaching methods. By incorporating hands-on gameplay and real-world scenarios, Tethics transforms how ethics in technology is taught, making it relevant, interactive, and impactful.

As we move forward, we’re excited to involve educators, learners, and stakeholders in shaping the final product. Have ideas for ethical topics you’d like to see included? We’d love to hear from you!

A Collaborative Effort

Dracon Rules Design Studio is proud to be part of this initiative, working closely with NKUA and Galaxea Advisory to create a tool that empowers educators and learners alike. Together, we’re redefining how ethical challenges in technology are explored and addressed.

Stay tuned for more updates as we bring Tethics to life! Follow us to join the conversation and be part of this exciting journey.
